What products are best to buy?

Shop-bought whitening products such as specialist toothpastes can remove some superficial staining, but used on it’s own cannot provide effective whitening results. Only dental professionals registered with the General Dental Council (GDC) can legally prescribe treatments that use whitening agents at a concentration not available in over-the-counter products.
